CIA is a Hong Kong based company formed in 2001 as Circuits Interconnection Assemblies Ltd. created originally as a Joint Venture PCB Manufacturing partnership company with a pcb manufacturing facility in Huizhou, China, supplying a wide range of Printed Circuit Board products to OEMs & CEMs in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. A dynamic growth over the years encouraged other Manufacturing Partnerships to be formed. Each developed and nurtured to serve the necessary PCB market requirements. Our main JV PCB Manufacturing facility is based close to Chengdu in the Sichuan Province. Our successful partnership strategy approach over the years led the company into a natural Vertical Integration process and into other electronic product sectors that instigated the company in 2013 to split into two business units:-

The JV PCB Manufacturing facility in the Sichuan Province offers a wide range of quality products and services with a competitive edge and serves the Automotive, Home Automation, IOT, Industrial controls, Telecom and White Goods industries.

CIA CUSTOM PRODUCTS LTD – Highly competent and committed to providing and supplying manufacturing services and solutions to a strategic range of custom made products such as Rechargeable Battery Packs, Keypad & Key Switch Panel solutions, Co Axial Cables, Custom Made Connectors, Cable Assemblies and Antenna Products with Partner facilities in Huizhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Zhuhai, Jianchang and Suzhou. CIA Custom Products offer a range of strategic quality products and serves the Automotive, Home Automation, IOT, Industrial controls, Telecom and White Goods industries.

Both of these business units are supported by CIA (SHENZHEN) Co LTD, which sells in Mainland China and provides the Technical and Quality support locally in China and supports the Global Team of Technical & Quality staff based in the satellite offices in Italy, Germany and USA, which are multilingual, Qualified and experienced in providing consistent customer service satisfaction, that achieves the "Strategic Partner Status" that CIA enjoys with OEMs and CEMs alike.

In 2021 the CIA Group of companies joined forces with the CML Group, which combined has a group turnover that now exceeds 200 Million USD with our own manufacturing facility Starteam and JV facility both in the Sichuan Province.
